To see list of supported messages, go to EShop -> System -> Messages.
EShop allows you to customize all of messages to make them work as the way that you want. To do that, click on name of message on the list to edit it. All of supported tags of each message will be displayed on the edit message screen.
EShop allows you to customize the invoice layout of orders in your store. Click on Invoice Layout on the messages list to edit it.
EShop allows you to customize the shop introduction of your store. Click on Shop Introduction on the messages list to edit it.
If you don't want to use Shop Introduction, simply leave it empty. Shop Introduction can be configured to show in the Front Page or Categories Page of your store.
When shoppers submit a quote, both of admin's store and shoppers will receive the notification emails.
