Mass Mail Registrants

Sometime, you will want to send email to all registrants of an event. To do that, you can use Mass Mail feature:

  1. Go to Events Booking -> Mass Mail
  2. Select the event you want to send mass mail in the Event dropdown.
  3. Choose Registrant Status (by default, Paid and registrants choose offline payment method for their registration will receive email)
  4. Choose what type of registration records will receive email (Billing records or Group Member records or both)
  5. Enter subject and message of the email
  6. You can use the following tags in the email message: [EVENT_TITLE], [EVENT_DATE], [SHORT_DESCRIPTION], [DESCRIPTION], [EVENT_LOCATION], [FIRST_NAME], [LAST_NAME], [REGISTRATION_DETAIL], [DOWNLOAD_CERTIFICATE_LINK]
  7. Press Send Mails button in the toolbar to send the email to the registrants of the event matching the filter you select.
