Sometime, when you to update to latest version of Events Booking from administrator area of your site, there is an error message and update is failed. In that case, please follow instructions below to check and solve the issue:
Please first check and make sure you are already configured Download ID for Events Booking on your site. See
Make sure you are having an active subscription of Events Booking (we provide free update for one year for each purchase). You can login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item to see status of your subscription. If it's expired, please renew your subscription and update will work well
