This is the email sent to registrant when an admin/manager cancel his registration from registrants management.
Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, look at Cancel Registration Messages tab, find and change the two messages below: User Registration Cancelled Email Subject, User Registration Cancelled Email Body to meet your need
