Remaining Payment Reminder Email

This is the email sent to registrants who use deposit payment for their registration to remind them to complete the remaining payment for their registration

Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, look at Remaining Payment Messages tab, find the two items below and change it to meet your need: Deposit Payment Reminder Email Subject, Deposit Payment Reminder Email Body

  • Any tags listed in Common Tags
  • [AMOUNT]: The remaining payment amount which users have to pay to complete payment for registration
  • [DEPOSIT_PAYMENT_LINK] : The link which users can click on to go to a form to complete the payment.
