This email is sent to registrant when admin/manager select a registration record and use Send Certificate button in the toolbar to send certificate to that selected registrant.
The subject and message of the email can be configured in Registration Email Messages tab: Certificate Email Subject and Certificate Email Body
For this email, you can use any tags listed in Common Tags
Note that the system will allow attach certificate in the attachment of the email.
