User Registration Cancel Email

This is the email sent to administrator and registrants when a registrant cancel his registration.

Email Sent To Administrator

Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, look at Cancel Registration Messages tab, find and change the two messages below: Registration Cancel Notification Email Subject, Registration Cancel Notification Email Body to meet your need

Email Sent To Registrant

Waiting List Cancel Email messages

In case someone joined waiting list but cancel their registration, the system will uses a different email messages to send email. These messages can be found in the Waiting List Messages tab:

  • For email send to administrator, the subject and message of the email is controlled by Waiting List Cancel Notification Email Subject and Waiting List Cancel Notification Email Body.
  • For email send to waiting list users, the subject and message of the email is controlled by Waiting List Cancel Confirmation Email Subject and Waiting List Cancel Confirmation Email Body.
