This is the email sent to administrator and registrants when a registrant cancel his registration.
Go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, look at Cancel Registration Messages tab, find and change the two messages below: Registration Cancel Notification Email Subject, Registration Cancel Notification Email Body to meet your need
