Validate Mail Settings

Before request us to check email issues with our extension, please help checking and making sure Mail Settings on your site is correct.

  1. Login to administrator area of your site
  2. Access to Users -> Manage, create a new user account
    • If that user receives email notification about the account, the mail settings on your site is correct
    • If that user does not receive email notification about the account, that mean there is a problem with Mail Settings on your site. In this case, you will need to go to System -> Global Configuration, look at Server Tabs, Mail Settings section and correct mail settings from there.
