Validate Mail Settings
Before request us to check email issues with our extension, please help checking and making sure Mail Settings on your site is correct.
- Login to administrator area of your site
- Access to Users -> Manage, create a new user account
- If that user receives email notification about the account, the mail settings on your site is correct
- If that user does not receive email notification about the account, that mean there is a problem with Mail Settings on your site. In this case, you will need to go to System -> Global Configuration, look at Server Tabs, Mail Settings section and correct mail settings from there.
