If subscribers renew their subscription, Membership Pro won't send reminder emails (to ask them to renew his subscription anymore). If subscribers still receive renewal emails, that mean the emails is sent from a different website (usually from a copy of your website running else where - might be a dev version of the site). If that is the case, login to administrator area of that site, access to Extensions -> Plugins, find and disable Membership Pro Reminder plugin should solve the issue
