Report

By default, when subscribe renew a subscription, Membership Pro will create a new subscription record for that renewal. That mean one user can have multiple subscription records for same plan and that makes it difficult for you to know when he subscribed for the plan and when will his subscription expired

To address that limitation, you can access to Membership Pro -> Report option. When you access to that page, for each user, you will only see one record and it is clearly display his current subscription (Pending/Active/Expired), when the subscription started and when will it be expired

You can also export that report data by clicking on Download CSV button in the toolbar, too.
