A rate plan is a package of conditions and services sold for a room type, for example Room Only, Breakfast Included, Non-refundable, Weekly Stay or Monthly Stay. One room type can have several rate plans, and guests choose between them when they book.
Open Components → OS Calendar → Pricing → Rate Plans.
Tip: If you only need one simple price per room, create a single default rate plan (for example Room Only) for each room type.
Filter by property and room type. The list shows the code, title, room type, default flag and publishing status.

After creating rate plans, set their prices with Price Rules.
