These layouts let customers find and manage their bookings. They work in standalone mode and with OS Property.

Shows the logged-in customer's bookings with booking code, dates, status and total. Customers can filter by status, open a booking, and cancel when cancellation is allowed. Guests are asked to log in.
Guests enter their booking code and email address and click Find Booking to open their booking. If no match is found, a message asks them to check the details.
Shows the full booking: guest and contact details, room details, daily prices, payment details, and balance due. From here customers can print the booking and, if allowed in Configuration, cancel it according to the Cancellation Policy.
Needs verification: Differences between My Bookings and the older Customers: My Orders layout, and which one is recommended for new sites. The online Pay Balance option shows a notice that gateway support is coming soon.
