The Price Setup page lets you configure how OS Calendar calculates the booking price for a property or room. OS Calendar supports two pricing approaches:
From the room list, click the Set up Price (tag) button next to a room, or navigate via the property management workflow.
The price list shows all configured price seasons for the selected room. Each row displays:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Season Name | Name of the season (e.g. "High Season", "Christmas 2025") |
| Start Date | First date of the season |
| End Date | Last date of the season |
| Nights | Minimum number of nights required for this season |
| Price | Nightly rate for this season |
Use the From / To date pickers at the top of the list to filter existing price seasons by date range. Click Submit to apply the filter.
From the property management pages you can also access the Rental Information view, which shows all defined seasons and their associated prices in a summary table. Use this view to quickly check or update the price per season without navigating to the full price list.
Tip: Seasons are evaluated in order. If a booking spans multiple seasons, the system uses the price of the season that covers the check-in date. Make sure your seasons do not overlap to avoid unpredictable pricing.
The total price for a booking is calculated as:
Total = (Number of Nights × Nightly Rate) + Tax
Tax rate is defined globally in Configuration → Pricing tab.
