The Manage Orders layout is a front-end view designed for agents and property managers. It displays all booking orders associated with their properties and allows them to take management actions without needing access to the Joomla back-end.
Menu Item Type: OS Calendar → Agent: Orders Management
Access to this view is controlled by Joomla's user group permissions. Typically this view is linked to a menu item that is visible only to users in the Agent or Manager group. End customers should use the My Orders layout instead.
Displays all orders in a table with the following information:

| Customer | Customer's name and email |
| Property / Room | Booked property and room |
| Check-in / Check-out | Dates of the stay |
| Nights | Duration of the booking |
| Adults / Children | Number of guests |
| Total Amount | Total booking value |
| Payment Method | Payment gateway used |
| Status | Current order status |
| Order Date | Date the booking was submitted |
The order list supports the following filters:

| Keyword | Search by customer name, order ID, or property name |
| Date From / To | Filter by order date range |
| Status | Filter by Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, Rejected, etc. |
| Category | Filter by property category |
Click the Search Tools toggle to show or hide the advanced filter panel. Click Clear to reset filters.
Click on an order to view the full booking detail, including a print-friendly layout.
From the order detail view, the manager can update the order status (e.g. confirm a pending booking or mark it as rejected). Status changes trigger automated email notifications if enabled in Configuration.
Click Export CSV to download the currently filtered order list as a CSV file for offline processing or reporting.
When creating a menu item for this view, the following options are typically available:
