Manage Booking Requests

Overview

The Manage Booking Requests section is accessible via Components → OS Calendar → Manage Booking Requests or the Dashboard shortcut. It displays a list of all booking orders submitted through the front-end booking form.

Order List

Each row in the list displays the following columns:

Column Description
# Row number
Order ID Unique identifier for the booking order
Customer Name of the customer who placed the booking
Property Property name linked to the booking
Room Room name (if rooms are enabled)
Check-in Requested check-in date
Check-out Requested check-out date
Nights Number of nights calculated from check-in/check-out
Adults / Children Number of guests
Total Amount Total price for the booking
Payment Method Payment gateway used (PayPal, Stripe, Offline, etc.)
Status Current order status
Order Date Date and time the booking was submitted

Order Status

Each booking order can have one of the following statuses:

Status Code Description
Pending P The booking has been submitted and is awaiting confirmation or payment.
Confirmed / Successful S The booking has been paid and confirmed.
Cancelled C The booking was cancelled (by the customer or admin).
Rejected R The booking was rejected by the administrator.
Refunded RF The booking was refunded after payment.

Filtering and Searching

The list supports the following filters:

  • Keyword — search by customer name, order ID or property name.
  • Date From / To — filter orders by order date range.
  • Status — filter by order status.
  • Type — filter by booking type.
  • Category — filter by property category.

Click Search Tools to expand / collapse the filter panel. Click Clear to reset all filters.

Actions on Orders

Use the toolbar buttons to manage orders:

Button Action
New Manually create a new booking order from the back-end.
Edit Edit the selected order (change status, dates, amounts, etc.).
Delete Permanently delete the selected orders.
Export CSV Export the currently filtered orders to a CSV file.
Cancel Return to the Dashboard.

Editing an Order

When you open an order for editing, you can view and modify:

  • Customer details (name, email, phone, address)
  • Property and room assignment
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Number of adults and children
  • Extra field values (as defined in the Extra Fields manager)
  • Payment method and transaction ID
  • Order status
  • Total amount and tax
  • Internal notes

After editing, click Save or Apply to save the changes.
