The My Orders layout is a front-end view designed for end customers. It allows logged-in site users to view their own booking history, check order statuses, and cancel bookings if the cancellation policy allows it.
Menu Item Type: OS Calendar → Customers: My Orders
Any registered (logged-in) Joomla user can access this view. Guests (not logged in) are redirected to the login page.
Displays all orders placed by the currently logged-in user:

| Order ID | Unique identifier for the booking |
| Property / Room | Booked property and room |
| Check-in / Check-out | Dates of the stay |
| Nights | Duration of the booking |
| Adults / Children | Number of guests |
| Total Amount | Total booking value |
| Status | Current order status |
| Order Date | Date the booking was submitted |
Customers can filter their own orders by:

| Order By | Sort by check-in date, order date, or amount |
| Sort Direction | Ascending or descending |
| Status | Filter by order status |
| Check-in From / To | Filter by check-in date range |
Click on the order ID to open the full order detail page, which includes:
If the administrator has enabled cancellation in Configuration → Application → Cancellation Policy, a Cancel button will appear on the order detail page when:
Clicking Cancel will immediately cancel the order and send notification emails to the customer and administrator.
When creating a menu item for this view:

| Page Title | Title displayed at the top of the page (e.g. "My Bookings"). |
| Access Level | Set to Registered to ensure only logged-in users can access this page. |
| Default Sort | Default sorting field for the order list. |
Tip: Link to the My Orders page from the user profile page or the site header so customers can easily find their booking history.
