[TOC]
The Availability Calendar is the central tool for controlling which dates are bookable for a property or room. Administrators can mark individual dates as available, unavailable, or booked directly from the back-end calendar view.
From the room list, click the Availability Calendar (calendar icon) button next to the room you want to manage.
There are two calendar views:
| View | Description |
|---|---|
| Manage Calendar | Edit individual dates — mark them as Available or Unavailable. |
| Availability View | Read-only 6-month overview showing the availability status of all dates. |
Both views use colours to indicate the status of each date:
| Colour | Status | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 🟩 Green (dark) | Fully Available | The date is available with full capacity. |
| 🔵 Blue (light) | Available | The date is available with partial capacity. |
| 🟨 Orange/Yellow | Unavailable | The date has been marked as unavailable by the admin. |
| 🔴 Red | Booked | The date is occupied by a confirmed booking. |
The Manage Calendar view shows a single-month calendar. Use the navigation to move between months:
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| Month selector | Drop-down list to jump directly to a specific month. |
| Year selector | Drop-down list to jump directly to a specific year. |
| < Prev | Go to the previous month. |
| Next > | Go to the next month. |
| Go Rooms | Return to the room list for this property. |
| Go Properties | Return to the property list. |
| Dashboard | Return to the OS Calendar Dashboard. |
The Availability view shows 6 consecutive months starting from the current month, displayed side by side (2 per row). This gives a quick overview of the property's upcoming availability without the ability to edit.
