EDocman Mass Summary Module
Overview
The Mass Summary module displays the current count of documents in the user's mass download cart.
Module Type: Site Module
Purpose: Show shopping cart-style document collection counter
Requires: Mass download feature must be enabled in component configuration

How It Works
- Users add documents to mass download cart from document lists/details pages
- Module displays current document count (e.g., "Cart: 5 documents")
- Clicking module links to mass download page
- Users can download all documents as single ZIP archive
Prerequisites
Enable mass download in Components → EDocman → Configuration → General → Download Configuration:
- Set Enable Mass Download to Yes
- Note: Feature only works with documents stored on local server (not cloud storage)
Usage
- Navigate to Extensions → Modules in Joomla admin
- Click New → Select EDocman Mass Summary
- Configure module title and position (typically header/menu area)
- Set link to mass download menu item
- Assign to menu pages
- Save and view on frontend
