Upload document

[TOC] This layout show Document Upload form at front-end of Edocman extension. Depend on Configure option Use simple front-end upload form, the simple or advanced upload form will be shown.

In this layout, you are able to select specific Category, in this case, in Document Upload form, the dropdown Category won't be shown.
