The Resource Works page (previously called "Employee Works" in older versions) is designed to display a resource's assigned tasks and bookings. With recent improvements, this interface now allows resources (such as staff members) to track the booking history of customers, enabling them to review essential information such as special requests, preferences, and past interactions.
Additionally, resources can input important notes or reviews about customers. These notes help other resources in the system gain insights into customer history, ensuring better service quality.
This feature is especially crucial for medical appointment booking systems, consultation services, wellness centers, and beauty care services, where customer history plays a key role in providing personalized and efficient service. By leveraging this historical data, resources can enhance their work efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Each registered customer in the Joomla system is assigned a unique QR code. This QR code is sent to the resource via email and serves as a quick-access key to the customer's booking history.
From the moment a booking request is received, resources can scan the QR code to instantly retrieve and analyze customer history within the OS Services Booking system. This streamlines the workflow and ensures that resources are well-prepared before providing their services.
