Email Messages

When you first install the extension, Helpdesk Pro will populate default Emails & Messages (which will be sent to admin/manager/staff/customer when a support ticket is submitted/replied). You can access to Helpdesk Pro -> Emails & Messages to adjust these messages to meet your own need if needed.
