Pre-defined Replies

This plugin allows using pre-defined replies to add comment/reply in a support ticket.

To use this plugin, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Extensions -> Plugins, find and publish the plugin Helpdesk Pro - Pre-reply messages
  2. Now, when Admin/Manager/Staff reply to a support ticket, he will see a list of pre-defined replies from a single dropdown and can use it to reply to support request
